Fall Season - Week Thirteen - December 22nd

- Game Two of the Finals gave us everything we could have asked for in a great game.  Shukr took an early 1-0 lead but it was Haya the rest of the way with three straight goals in the first half to build a 3-1 lead which they held onto for the championship.

- There were many fans for the game, Abdu Sharkawy provided some colour commentary for the video recap but the biggest surprise was Global News who stopped by to do a piece on I-Slam Hockey and the great work the league has been bringing to the community.  If you did not have a chance to see the Global News piece, view it here.

- Here is your 2017 Fall Season Champions - Haya

- Shukr put on a show and made a game of it, another great effort from Kashif "Coach K" Taqiuddin led the way.  Many asked how Coack K managed to dominate despite playing against much younger opponents, once the playoffs were done he revealed this balancing exercise that has helped him out.

- As the winning team, Haya was able to direct the League Donation to a Charity of their choice, the team selected Islamic Relief Canada.

- There are many other great stories from the season of rivalries and friendships, competition and glory.  We thank all players for contributing to another great season and look forward to seeing what is in store for the 2018 Spring Season.
